I forgot my password. What should I do?

You can reset your password by following these steps:

2. Enter your login email address

This will be the email address you registered with, unless you’ve updated it in Account Settings in MembersWorld.

3. Verify your email

We’ll send a verification code to your login email address with instructions. Please check your spam folder if the code doesn’t arrive within two minutes. It will expire after five minutes.

4. Choose a new password

If the verification code is entered correctly, and your login email address is registered with a MembersWorld account, we’ll ask you to choose a new password.

If your login email address isn’t registered with a MembersWorld account, then you may have used a different email address when you created your account. It may be an old email address or work email address.

Why do I need to re-register for MembersWorld?

We recently made some technical improvements to MembersWorld. This added extra security, but requires you to choose a login email address for your account to replace your username.

Why did I get an error message saying I’m already registered?

The email address has already been registered to an account and verified via an email link. If you have a family member or dependant on your health plan, then you may have used this email address to register their account.

If you need to reset your username, please contact us on + 44 (0) 1273 323563

What should I do if I’m locked out of my account?

If you’ve made a mistake trying to log in, you’ll be able to access your account again in 5 - 30 minutes, depending on how many login attempts were made. This is to deter fraudulent attempts to access your account.

If you need assistance logging in, please contact us + 44 (0) 1273 323563.

If you’re no longer a member of Bupa Global, you’ll be able to access your account for one year from the end of your contract. After a year, we’ll close down the account.

Does a dependant over 16 years old need their own account?

A person over 16 years of age must give consent before the main policy can manage their account completely. To do this, they’ll need to create an account using a unique login email address, and then give consent to the main policy holder when they log in.

If a dependant hasn’t given full consent, the main policy holder can:

  • Submit a claim
  • Request pre-authorisation
  • View personal and contact details
  • View policy cover and membership card
  • View policy documents

If a dependant has given full consent, the main policy holder can also:

  • Track an existing claim or pre-authorisation
  • View benefit erosions in current year
  • View claims and pre-authorisation documents
  • Modify personal details, address details and contact details

How do under-16s access MembersWorld?

A person under 16 years of age will be unable to access MembersWorld.

The main policy holder can manage the policy and account details of any dependants on the policy who are under 16 years of age in Manage Your Plan in MembersWorld.

If a person under 16 years of age is the main policy holder, they will need to contact us on + 44 (0) 1273 323563 to manage their plan.
