There are a small number of healthcare providers that are not eligible under our plans
Reasons for this may include, but are not exhaustive:
- Providers who have chosen to end their relationship with Bupa
- Providers who do not hold a license or registration to provide treatment in the country where treatment takes place. This may include where a provider has chosen to end their medical registration e.g., retirement from medical practice
- Providers exclusively performing treatment that is not included under the coverage of our insurance plans
- Providers affected by any regional sanctions
- Providers who have misled or attempted to mislead us either intentionally or carelessly
Remember that we also do not cover the cost of treatment carried out by:
- Any providers who are not recognised by the relevant authorities in the country where treatment takes place, either generally or for the specific treatment being performed, or
- Anyone resident at the same address as you or who is a member of your immediate family.
Please select the country in which you require treatment. Please note if your country is not shown there are no ineligible providers in that country.
